very unprofessional. got tattooed by Chelsea… she did great with the actual line art design but she forgot that I asked specifically for my tattoo to be in red ink. she didn’t apologize, and acted like it was “destiny” I had to beg her to give me some money off and ultimately only giving me $20 off of the $110 tattoo. proceeded to make me have this conversation w/ her in front of her other clients and then proceeded to act like I was crazy for being upset abt it. I’m less upset about the fact that my tattoo is the wrong color and more upset with the lack of accountability and willingness to fix anything about the situation besides getting defensive and angry. not to mention that as I’m leaving, she proceeded to begin to talk about me in front of her other clients. I had been looking forward to a red rose tattoo for years and this experience was beyond disappointing. wish they would’ve actually had a better attitude regarding the entire situation.
Do not come here Zoey is absolutely inpatient, rude and immature. I got there and she did not greet me and told me sit down immediately like a dog. I was going in for a custom tattoo, and she previously texted me when I asked about the sketch and she said they do adjustments before the approval. When I was explaining the Tattoo, she started rushing me to the point where I can’t even explain it, and I simply asked her. Are you in a rush or something and when I got to the point where I was explaining that Tattoo and a tiny revision she started being really unprofessional, trying to blame me instead of finding solution and being comforting. now I understand where these bad reviews are coming from. They are all true.
